The Immune Deficiency Foundation (IDF) is an organization that works closely with patients suffering from Primary Immunodeficiencies (PI) and their families. They seek to improve the diagnosis, treatment, and quality of life for these patients through advocacy, education, and research.
Challenge: Change In Management
IDF had been working with a print management company on all of their graphic design and collateral. However, due to some internal changes, they would not be able to have a sustainable partnership moving forward and were in immediate need of brand support, management, and guidance.
Ultimately, it was discovered that they needed full creative and graphic design support, with collateral management to follow.
Process & Solution: Specific Brand Support
IDF needed an immediate partner that could manage their brand identity and collateral to the level of support they had come to expect. To better understand IDF’s needs, due diligence was completed, including research into the company and industry as a whole. Additionally, it was imperative to collaborate with their previous management company to develop a plan to provide effective support.
Ultimately, it was discovered that they needed full creative and graphic design support, with collateral management to follow. All of IDF’s design assets were acquired to ensure their brand identity remained consistent. The design assets were then reviewed to ensure they didn’t need to be modified or updated. We took on complete management of their logo as well as any required graphic and creative design support. From there, print collateral pieces, such as newsletters and handbooks, were regularly designed and produced along with the sourcing and branding of promotional items. Design management and strategic support were provided for all direct mail campaigns and included graphic design of the mail pieces, selection of targeted lists, production, and mailing.
