Message from President & CEO, Keith Miller
In 1999, I immigrated to the U.S.A. and began my journey in the print industry, purchasing a tiny, two-person print franchise. We didn’t have much, but we had a group of loyal customers who believed in us and spread the word. It was the beginning of my American dream.
In 2024, Strategic Factory will celebrate its 25th anniversary and I will celebrate 25 years in the U.S.A. chasing my American dream. It seems like just yesterday I started this venture and now years have flown by and Strategic Factory has expanded far beyond what I could have ever imagined. I feel wiser, shaped by all the trials and triumphs that come with being a business owner in a new country. I’m watching my children go off to college and start their own American dreams now, and it fills me with immense pride and reflection on my journey thus far.
To my family and the local community that have surrounded me and supported my dreams for Strategic Factory all these years, thank you! We are proud to call Maryland our home and we remain committed to making a positive impact and for continued growth here.
To my rockstar team members who show up to deliver their best in service and expertise every day, I am so proud of all that we have accomplished together over the past 25 years. Thank you for your hard work, dedication, and passion. I am honored that you chose Strategic Factory and I am excited to see where the future will take us!
To the clients and friends who have been with us over the years, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your trust, support, referrals and commitment have been instrumental to our success and motivated us to continuously raise the bar and expand our list of offered services.

As a proud, Maryland-based business committed to the continued growth of our surrounding community, we plan to celebrate our 25th anniversary by partnering with 25 nonprofit and charitable organizations on various initiatives and fundraisers over the next year.
Strategic Fest returns September 19th, 2024! This celebration is a quarter-century in the making and we’re so excited to celebrate with you!
