President and CEO

Keith Miller

Keith Miller is the President & CEO, overseeing all company operations from the ground up. With over 20 years of experience, he relocated from Johannesburg, South Africa, where he was born and raised, to the United States. His entrepreneurial spirit, as well as strategic vision, have ensured the development and growth of Strategic Factory in a fiercely competitive business sector. His approach to leadership is a key contributor to the success of Strategic Factory, and Keith enjoys motivating and collaborating with the different teams and individuals within the organization and watching these teams develop and grow. In his free time, you can find Keith spending time with his family, golfing, boating, and cheering on the Baltimore Ravens.

Interesting fact: Keith is color blind.

Senior Vice President, Client Relations

Scott Stein

Scott Stein is the Senior Vice President, Client Relations, creating positive experiences and growth for clients through an interactive, service-oriented approach. With 14 years of experience, he received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland-College Park and began working in the print industry in 2007. Scott loves seeing the success our clients achieve through print, direct mail, digital services, promotional items, signage, and/or branded apparel and the process of helping them get there. In his free time, you can find Scott watching his sons play soccer, spending time with friends and family, relaxing by the pool, and golfing.

Interesting fact: Scott graduated from Nova Southeastern Law School to originally pursue a career in law.

CFO/CRO

Adam Rapaport

Adam Rapaport is the CFO/CRO, ensuring the financial success of Strategic Factory, including that of our clients and employees. With 10 years of experience, he has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Ithaca College, and he’s worked in the non-profit/not-for-profit sector as well as in environmental services. Adam seeks to build a strong financial future for Strategic Factory that will also create opportunities for the growth of current and future employees. In his free time, you can find Adam reading and trying out new restaurants.

Interesting fact: Adam was a member of several bands throughout his teenage years.

Chief Impact Officer

Shannon Romeo

Shannon Romeo is the Chief Impact Officer, focusing on our cultural efforts and assisting employees in navigating the workplace. With 12 years of experience, she has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Stockton University, holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources certification, and she previously worked for a large national organization managing local branch operations and HR. Shannon loves working with talented people, helping develop their skills and watching them grow within the organization. In her free time, you can find Shannon binge-watching numerous TV shows, specifically reality-TV and cooking competition shows, making soap, traveling to tropical destinations, and preparing students from local schools for the job market.

Interesting fact: Shannon has a shoe collection of about 160 pairs, and growing.

Vice President, Operations

David Botzler

David Botzler is the Vice President of Operations, providing increased value to our clients through a deep understanding of operational best practices. With over 20 years of operations management experience, he has a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Delaware, and he’s worked in the commercial and industrial construction industries as well as in secure transportation and logistics field. David finds that helping others fulfill their career aspirations and creating career advancement opportunities is one of the most rewarding facets and a key element to the fabric of our corporate culture. In his free time, you can find David taking his therapy dog to nursing homes to spread some joy and bring smiles and happiness to others.

Interesting fact: David is an avid snow skier.

General Manager, Print Division

Alan Darling

Alan Darling is the General Manager of Print, working with his team to ensure clients receive their orders as requested, on-time, and finished with the utmost quality. Alan has a BSc (Eng.) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from King’s College, in London, England. With 30 years in the Print, Publishing, & Prepress industry with another 15 years in tech startups, Alan is well versed in the world of printing and discovering ways to advance efficiency and quality through new processes and machinery. In his free time, you can find Alan cooking, fishing, or watching movies and sports.

Interesting fact: He was on Apple’s Customer Advisory Board and met Steve Jobs on many occasions.

Director, Sales

Shaun Sargen

Shaun Sargen is the Director of Sales, working with the team to improve the sales process and communications between Strategic Factory and new, prospective, or ongoing clientele. With 20 years in the sales and quality assurance field, Shaun is an expert at improving client experiences through bettering processes that impact them most. Shaun enjoys working as a leader with his team to obtain shared objectives and grow together towards new challenges. In his free time, you can find Shaun pursuing his passion for photography and spending time with his family.


Interesting fact: He simultaneously held school records for the 100M dash, 200M dash, and typing (80 WPM).
