Fuzzies Burgers

Case Studies » Fuzzies Burgers

Fuzzies Burgers, founded in 2020, is known for having some of the best burgers in the Baltimore region. A high-quality, to-go style burger business owned by the Vecchiolla brothers, they handmake every patty, sourcing beef locally from Maryland farms.

Challenge: From Restaurant To Food Truck

In the late summer of 2020, the plan was to open a brick-and-mortar restaurant for Fuzzies Burgers to call home. However, at the time, the restaurant industry was unpredictable. Uncertain of what the future would look like, it was ultimately decided to open a pop-up kitchen in lieu of the restaurant. From there, Fuzzies further evolved into a food-truck concept in need of some branding.

Process & Solution: A Wrap That’s On Brand

Due diligence was completed into other competition within the regional market and into what Fuzzies’ goals were. It was discovered they already had a complete branding package; they just needed some help implementing it in their new venture.

Enter the food truck. To best navigate the market during the pandemic, Fuzzies wanted to operate via branded food truck. They needed high-impact vehicle graphics to attract customers passing by as well as customers out on the road when en route to a destination. Our creative team took the already-developed branding and designed a full truck wrap that features the Baltimore skyline, in homage to Fuzzies’ roots, to boost brand awareness. Once the design was approved, our installation team got to work with the flawless execution of wrapping the vehicle.

The result is a local cult favorite in the food-truck industry, with a food truck now known as “Stumpy”. Stumpy has a regular schedule, no matter the weather, and Fuzzies has become a well-recognized brand in the region.

Associated Company
