Can you help me create the design for my sign, vehicle wrap, or decal graphic?

Absolutely! We have a team of expert graphic designers ready to provide design and brand support for all your needs. They also work with our production and installation teams to ensure your finished products are of the highest quality and include all necessary information.

How long will my sign take to complete?

A complete project timeline will be included in the job estimate from our team. Contact our team today to get a job estimate. Rush options are available for an additional price. Some orders can be completed as quickly as next-day depending on the complexity of the project’s design, materials, size, and other factors.

What do I need to provide to get my sign project moving?

The address of the sign location, your billing info, logo/wording and colors. We’ll take it from there. We can even help design your logo for signage if needed.

Can I install my own sign?

Some smaller signs, particularly decals have the option to self-install. All projects with this option will be given a disclaimer notice.

What is permitting and will my sign require it?

Every municipality around the country has regulations that affect what types of signs can be installed and where. These regulations are generally referred to as the sign code or zoning code. All exterior signs should be considered for permitting in order to make sure you or your business/organization is compliant with local laws. Strategic Factory can assist you with the permitting process if your project requires it.

What kind of power supply do I need for my electrical/illuminated sign?

For the vast majority of illuminated signs, the basic electrical system requirement is a 120 Volt, 20 Amp power supply. Most importantly, signs should always be on their own dedicated circuit, not shared with other devices or systems. Strategic Factory requires that a customer be responsible for making sure an appropriate power supply/line is located within 12” of the final sign’s location prior to our arriving for the sign’s installation.

How do I care for my sign after installation?

Our team will provide recommended care needed to extend the life of your sign including how to maintain electrical components, how to clean surfaces, and how often we recommend servicing.
