She is certified as an SPHR by HRCI and SHRM-CP, and a Change Management Specialist from the Management and Strategy Institute. She holds a bachelor’s in marketing communications, a master’s in psychology, and a doctorate in business administration.
Jaeah Fortune – Director of Human Resources at Blind Industries and Services of Maryland
Jaeah is a recent Baltimore Business Journal 40 Under 40 honoree with certifications in Interrupting Bias in Hiring and SHRM-CP. As a creator of successful employee engagement and development initiatives that translate to bottom-line growth, Jaeah has been helping companies attract and retaining top talent for 12+ years as an HR professional.
Shannon Romeo – Chief Impact Officer at Strategic Factory
With over 15 years in HR & Management, Shannon is a certified expert in continuous improvements, emphasizing her unique background in operations. In her extensive HR career, she has implemented “5S” strategies, company-wide EOS rollouts, and created HR departments from the ground up. Shannon earned an economics degree from Stockton University and holds an SPHR accreditation.
Jason Nemoy – Partner, Practice Director – HR at Chesapeake Search Partners
Former HR practitioner of 20+ years and past President of the Chesapeake HR Association, Jason now leads the HR recruiting arm and HR consulting subsidiary at firm, Chesapeake Search Partners. Jason holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, PHR from UCLA, and MS in HR Development from Towson University with diverse experience in the fitness, hospitality, healthcare and distribution industries.
