At our May 7th Sales Summit, Chris McDonell from McDonell Consulting Group/Sandler will explore why deals stall when we sell to titles instead of the people behind them.

Chris will then lead a robust panel discussion with Keith Miller, CEO of Strategic Factory; Bruce Routzahn, Director of Sales from Central Pro Supply; Brian Hufford, Master Clothier at JBD Clothiers; and Iva Singh, Referral Partner at HealthCues.

 

Meet Our Panelists

Keith Miller is the President & CEO of Strategic Factory, overseeing all company operations from the ground up. With over 26 years of experience, he relocated in 1999 from Johannesburg, South Africa, where he was born and raised, to the United States. His entrepreneurial spirit, as well as strategic vision, have ensured the development and growth of Strategic Factory in a fiercely competitive business sector. His approach to leadership is a key contributor to the success of Strategic Factory, and Keith enjoys motivating and collaborating with the different teams and individuals within the organization and watching these teams develop and grow. In his free time, you can find Keith spending time with his family, golfing, boating, and cheering on the Baltimore Ravens.

Bruce Routzahn is Director of Sales & Strategic Accounts for Central Pro Supply. He has 15 years in the Green Industry, 25+ years of sales leadership and channel marketing at companies including DeWALT/Black & Decker and Rain Bird. He’ll bring a manufacturer and distributor leadership perspective to our sales panel.

Brian Hufford is the Executive Vice President of JBD Clothiers. He works with executives, celebrities, and leaders across industries, simplifying the retail experience by delivering custom clothing directly to clients at their homes or offices. Using a consultative sales approach, he curates wardrobes that align with each client’s personal brand and lifestyle, ensuring maximum versatility and longevity.

Iva Singh, Referral Partner at HealthCues, didn’t learn sales in a boardroom, she learned it starting at 4 years old selling candy door to door, and then sharpened it over 20 years in the car business closing high-pressure deals selling intangible products. That background taught her something most corporate sellers miss: people don’t buy based on titles, they buy based on fear of loss, and desire for gain with the least amount of pain. Now working inside the corporate space, she brings that same instinct to uncover what’s really driving decisions behind the scenes. She shows teams how to stop getting stuck talking to roles and start connecting with the human being who actually has to say yes.
