Board of Child Care’s community is comprised of program participants, employees, board of directors, and volunteers. Our values guide each of those stakeholders in how to behave and are structured to ensure that they are at the forefront of every decision and action. We place youth and their families on a better path to success by providing the building blocks and tools needed to take charge of their future. What that path looks like differs for every person we embrace in our community. For some, it’s a journey in discovering their true potential. For others, it’s a place to open up and heal.
