UBEO is a national leader in office technology and document solutions, known for its expanding footprint across the country. As Centric Business Systems, an established and trusted Strategic Factory client, joined the UBEO family, a rebrand was needed to align with UBEO’s national identity.
Having experienced years of reliable service, timely installations, and high-quality branding solutions, Centric strongly recommended Strategic Factory for the project. That endorsement, backed by a proven track record of excellence, led UBEO to partner with Strategic Factory to execute a comprehensive rebrand of Centric’s Maryland office and a fleet of vehicles across multiple states.
The Challenge
Rolling out a rebrand comes with many complexities, especially when coordinating signage and fleet branding across multiple states. UBEO needed a reliable partner who could manage production and installation with speed, precision, and consistency, all while minimizing disruption to daily operations. Strategic Factory was brought in for their proven expertise in signage solutions, trusted process, and reputation for delivering on time and on brand.
The Process & Solution
Strategic Factory served as UBEO’s go-to partner for signage and fleet vehicle wraps, handling both production and installation. Coordination with UBEO’s national marketing team was managed through weekly Zoom calls.
To maintain brand consistency across state lines, Strategic Factory hand-selected installation vendors through a rigorous vetting process. A dedicated Project Manager spearheaded the initiative, overseeing logistics for each market. The scope of completed and upcoming work includes:
- Building Signage: Installed vinyl wall graphics, dimensional letters, and illuminated and non-illuminated sign cabinets on the building facade and throughout reception, conference rooms, offices, kitchen, and bullpen to create a branded environment that reflects UBEO’s identity and drives employee engagement.
- Fleet Wraps: Branded a fleet of vehicles, including Freightliners, box trucks, Nissan Rogues, and Kia Souls, across states PA, VA, MD, and NC. The wraps include full coverage to ensure consistent brand visibility and build awareness in key markets.
- Print Collateral: To support internal adoption of the brand, Strategic Factory printed “Dozen Do’s” handouts, an onboarding tool designed to instill UBEO’s culture of excellence and guide new team members through key principles and values. We also produced brochure invitations promoting the “PRISM” UBEO Tech Expo, inviting target audiences to visit their brick-and-mortar locations in McLean, Virginia, and Owings Mills, Maryland.
- Site Survey Support: Strategic Factory even went on-site to assist with cataloging photos and video walkthroughs via FaceTime, going above and beyond to support UBEO’s director of marketing.
The Results
UBEO’s physical rebrand is already making an impact. With sharp, cohesive visuals and reliable rollout across states, the initiative has elevated brand perception for both internal teams and customers. Strategic Factory’s dedication to service, including onsite assistance and managing multi-state vendors, has proven invaluable in helping UBEO bring its vision to life.
