Quality Air Services is a growing, family-founded HVAC company serving residential and commercial customers. After several years of steady expansion, the company looks to invest more intentionally in marketing to modernize its brand and better reflect its full-service HVAC capabilities, professionalism, and long-term vision.

The Challenge

Despite strong operations and loyal customers, Quality Air Services struggled with poor brand clarity in the marketplace, often leading to unqualified leads and low foot traffic at trade shows.

Prospective clients frequently misunderstood the company’s services, assuming they specialized in air quality rather than comprehensive HVAC solutions. When asked about their branding standards, the team acknowledged that they did not have a formal brand guide. At the time, their marketing assets were minimal and dated, which weakened credibility and limited their effectiveness in competitive sales environments.

The Process & Solution

Strategic Factory partnered with Quality Air Services to design and implement a comprehensive brand transformation focused on clarity, consistency, and lead generation performance.

Our team began by evaluating existing materials, identifying gaps, and defining how the company should be positioned in the HVAC market. From there, we developed a scalable brand system that could be applied across every customer touchpoint.

  • Brand Identity & Guidelines: We refreshed and expanded the company’s visual identity, creating primary “home” and “away” logos, horizontal, vertical, and icon variations, secondary marks and colorways, and an updated typography system. All elements were documented in a comprehensive brand guide, providing clear standards for future use and eliminating inconsistencies.
  • Print & Sales Collateral: To replace outdated materials, we redesigned and produced business cards, branded letterhead, 6” x 9” and 8.5” x 11” marketing flyers, updated brochures with modern layouts, and professional trade show signage and displays. These assets gave the sales team polished, effective tools for prospecting and follow-up.
  • Digital Branding Assets: To ensure consistency across digital communications, we developed branded proposal cover pages, professional email signatures, and custom PowerPoint templates with modular slide designs. This ensured every presentation, proposal, and email reflected the company’s new brand identity.
  • Promotional Products & Apparel: We curated and branded a wide range of promotional and apparel items to support events and outreach, including color-changing stadium cups, USB rechargeable magnetic swivel flashlights, chip clips, stylus pens, sticky notebooks, trade show table throws, banners, backdrops, hats, jackets, pullovers, seasonal apparel, and event-specific items for golf and networking events. These products extended brand visibility and reflected the team’s professionalism beyond traditional marketing channels.
