Online Advertising Expected To Overtake TV Advertising in Size Next Year

Move over TV, online advertising is expected to grow at a compound annual rate of 9.4% from 2015 through 2020, compared to TV’s 3.2% rate, according to the latest PwC annual Entertainment & Media Outlook report.

As part of the Internet ad spend bucket, mobile and video ad spend are trending upward. The report shows that people are spending more and more time on other screens (phones, tablets) while they are watching TV so it’s important to make sure you are putting your dollars where your viewers are.
