With over 50 years of experience in sales, marketing and general management, Lester has been a key component of Strategic Factory's growth and expansion. His strong selling skills and solid sales techniques have provided him with the tools and knowledge to deliver fresh marketing ideas and a commitment to cutting-edge business strategies.
Born in South Africa, Lester spent 30 years in the automotive industry and was the executive sales director of Nissan, SA. Lester has been living in Maryland for the past 12 years where he has made a significant contribution in growing the client base of Miller's Minuteman Press, powered by Strategic Factory.
Active in the business networking community, Lester enjoys the challenge of networking collaborations and is responsible for bringing in new business accounts and building relationships with key clients.
When he's not mastering the art of sales, Lester enjoys playing golf and watching sports, following current affairs and politics, traveling and spending quality time with his family.
